National Singing Strategy at the Steiner Academy, Hereford.
As one of the venues for the cluster events for Sing Spring In 2014, this was a lovely setting to work in. The pupils involved, from three different schools around the county, were aged from 7 to 13. They had four varied songs to learn, alongside all of the other participants and arrived on the day with a song of their own to share.
They had support to learn their songs from a team of singing leaders who visited the schools, as well as a fabulous website created by Nick Fisher. It included all songs, as individual music lines, performances and backing tracks as a guide.
